As our Client Service Associate, Paulina focuses on maintaining a positive, organized environment for our clients and guests. Her responsibilities include welcoming and assisting clients, serving as the first point of contact on the phone, and helping colleagues with tasks.

Before joining Evermont Wealth, Paulina spent nine years in customer service roles, including store manager and bank teller supervisor. Among her most satisfying career moments were the times she noticed signs that a bank customer was falling for a scam or suffering financial abuse and was able to step in and help them.

She felt inspired to become a Client Service Associate for our financial planning firm when she realized how well the job responsibilities fit her skills and personality. To that end, she enjoys building rapport with clients and anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
